Excellent advice was given about the fire regulation requiements and, after some confusion about VAT, a price was agreed. The workmen arrived on time, and carried out the work to a good standard.
Initially I requested a new fire door to be hung but it turned out a new frame was required too. This wasn’t a problem and the job was completed very quickly to a high standard with a very reasonably price. I am very grateful to United Fire Protection for helping us out so quickly and efficiently.
We had quite a few alterations planned for our newly purchased property including layout changes of living room, bathroom and kitchen as well as some minor alterations to our built in wardrobes and replacing old ceilings in most of the house. We have contacted many builders but either never heard back from them after the initial quotation or prior to it. Oops Builders were the exact opposite of that – perfect communication, quick to start and lovely to work with. The guys did an excellent job and were happy to change plans on the go (ceilings were not planned initially). 10/10 service!
Absolutely outstanding, 2 blokes turned up dead on 8:30am with smiles shook my hand came in new exactly what they needed to do, I was quoted a set price both blokes left at 8pm, they couldn’t of been More helpful and polite outstanding customer services will be bringing them back to do my extension best carpenters in Thanet! Well done lads
